How much do you charge for image hosting?

Image Hosting comes with the subscription fee of each plan and there are no extra charges for image hosting above and beyond the plan subscription fee.

How do I pay for subscription fee for AuctionLinc?

AuctionLinc currently lets you pay using Paypal. If you would like to use another payment method for paying for your subscription fee, please contact us at support@auctionlinc.com.

Does your monthly subscription fee cover eBay and/or Paypal charges?

No, AuctionLinc subscription fee only covers using AuctionLinc services and does not cover any additional charges that eBay or Paypal may charge you for using their services including Listing fee or any other Transaction fee.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time you decide. If you cancel your subcription before the 14 day trial expires, you will not be charged anything. If you cancel in the middle of the payment cycle for which you have already paid, you will be reimbursed for the unused period. You will need to contact support@auctionlinc.com asking for reimbursement in that case.

Do you offer scheduling feature? How much does it cost?

AuctionLinc lets you schedule your listings in advance and there is not additional fee for scheduling service. You can schedule as many listings as you want.

Which eBay Sites do you support?

AuctionLinc currently supports eBay US, eBay Motors, UK, Australia, Canada and India. If you would like to use AuctionLinc with a site that is not in above list, please contact us at support@auctionlinc.com.

What will be my payment cycle for paying AuctionLinc subscription?

Your monthly subscription cycle starts after your 14 day trial period is complete. An invoice is generated at the start of each subcription cycle and an email will be sent to your registered email address. You are required to pay in advance. However if you decide to cancel your subscription, you can ask for reimbursement of the unused period of the month you paid for.

How do I move my current listings to AuctionLinc from my current listing service?

Once you sign up and generate your eBay Token, AuctionLinc will let you import your active and recently sold listings into AuctionLinc. You can then start using AuctionLinc from day one of your sign up.

How do I contact AuctionLinc support in case I need help?

AuctionLinc offers free email and forum support. We try to answer all support requests with in the 24 hours of the time of the request. You can contact our support team at support@auctionlinc.com if you need any help with using AuctionLinc.

What browser plugins are needed for using AuctionLinc?

    AuctionLinc provides easy to use Image Uploading capabilities. Both uploaders require browser plugins in order to work. See details below: -
  • Simple Uploader - Requires Adobe Flash player plugin.
  • Advanced Uploader - Requires Java plugin.
  • Note:-If the required plugin is not installed on your system, the web page requiring the plugin will prompt your to install it.

Is AuctionLinc supported on non Windows platforms like Linux and MAC?

AuctionLinc is supported on both Linux and MAC operating systems as long as you have the required browser running on the OS of your choice.

Do you offer any HTML templates for Listings?

Yes, AuctionLinc has hundreds of professionally designed html templates for you to use in your item description. Each template is carefully crafted by our design team and there are newer templates being added regularly.

Can I use multiple eBay accounts under one AuctionLinc account?

AuctionLinc currently let you use only one eBay account per AuctionLinc account. But we do offer discounts on each additional AuctionLinc account belonging to the same user. If you have more than one ebay accounts that you would like to use with AuctionLinc, please contact us at support@auctionlinc.com.

Do you charge any transaction fees per sale?

No, AuctionLinc doesn't charge any transaction fee. All you pay is $6.95 per month for unlimited listings.

How does the maximum listings quota works for Free and Basic Subscription Plans

Your maximum listings under your quota determine how many listings you can upload to eBay using AuctionLinc with in each month of your subscription cycle.

Let's say your Free Plan monthly subscription cycle starts on June 15th. AuctionLinc will let you upload upto 5 listings with the period of June 15 and July 15.

Note: There is no limit on number of listings you can upload during your Free Trial period, irrespective of the plan you have chosen.
