Set up Auto Feedback

You can set up AuctionLinc to automatically post feedback on your behalf when positive feedbacks are received.

Here is a step-by-step tutorial to set up Auto Feedback processing: -

Step 1: Create Feedback Template(s)

You must create one or more Feedback Templates that you want the Auto Feedback processing to use when posting feedback on your behalf. Go to Feedbacks -> New Template to create a Feedback Template.

Step 2: Configure Auto Feedback

Go to My Account -> Settings page to configure Auto Feedback. Enable the check box “Turn on Auto Feedback Processing” and then set up one of the following options:-

• Pick a Template Randomly – Choose this option if you have set up multiple Feedback Templates and you want Feedback Processor to pick a template randomly from your templates.
• Select a Specific Template – Choose this option if you want Feedback Processor to always use one specific template.

Click on “Update Settings” button to save your settings.

Step 3: Verify Auto Feedbacks being posted.

As a final step, verify that your Feedbacks are being auto processed. Wait for this verification step after you have received some Feedbacks since you configured Auto Feedback.

The check sign under the “Auto Posted” column tells you whether that specific Posted Feedback was Auto Posted or manually posted by you.
