Step 1
As a first step you should create all the Listings you want to schedule. Once created these Listings show up in Pending Listings Grid. Now select the check box against Listings in Pending Grid that you want to schedule. Once all selections are in place, click on Action drop down and click on Schedule action.

Once you click on Schedule action, a Bulk Schedule dialog will open.
Here are the explanations explained: -
Schedule Options
All Selected Listings - Chose this option if you want to schedule all selected listings to launch at same time.
Each Selected Listing Individually – Chose this option if you want to specify a different schedule date/ time for each Listing.
You can also generate Schedule Dates and Times using a pre-determined interval between each Listing Schedule. To do so, enter the Time Interval (in days, hours or minutes) that you want between each Listing Schedule. Click on Generate Schedules to auto-fill the Scheduled Date and Time for each Listing. See screenshot below for highlighted sections that allow you to do so: -
Once you have made the right choice and specified the Schedule times , click on Schedule button to save your Schedules.
Each of your Listings will be verified before they are scheduled. The verification process will also verify the listing by making a call to eBay. Once the verification is successful, the Listing will be scheduled successfully
Step 3
Verify that all your Listings were scheduled successfully by going to Scheduled Grid. You can also edit the Scheduled Date/ Time for the schedules by using the Modify Schedule action from the Action Drop Down.
