AuctionLinc lets you customize the contents of Notification Emails that AuctionLinc sends on your behalf. Each of the Email Notification gets its contents from what we call an “Email Template”.

You can go to Sales -> Email Templates page to see various Email Templates that you can customize.

Click on Edit button next to any Email Template and it will open Email Template Editor page where you can view/ customize the contents of the template.

Following actions can be performed in Edit Email Template page: -

Save Template – Saves any changes you made in the Editor to the Email Template. Any next Email corresponding to this template will contain the saved content.

Preview – Lets you preview how the Email will look like when received by the buyer. Item data in the preview is filled with dummy item data.

Reset to Default – Resets the Email content back to AuctionLinc default content.

Send Test Email – Sends a test email using dummy Item Data to an email address that you provide when prompted.

Cancel – Cancel any Edits done to the Template and go back to Email Templates Grid.
