AuctionLinc lets you post feedbacks for your buyers two ways.
- Automatically, using Auto Feedback Processing.
- Manually, using Post Feedback action.
This tutorial talks about posting Feedback manually. Posting Feedbacks manually can be achieved using following two methods: -
Method 1: Received Feedbacks Grid -> “Reply Feedback” Action
Once you click on the Reply Feedback icon under the Action column, it will open the Post Feedback Form.
Enter your feedback in this Form. You can also select the Feedback text to come from one of your Feedback Templates by selecting that template.

Method 2: Sales History -> "Enter Shipping Details" Action
This is another way of Posting Feedbacks for your Sales as you try to mark them as shipped. Select the Sales for which you want to post feedback and click on Enter Shipping Details.
In the Shipping dialog that opens next, you can select the checkbox to Post Feedback using Auto Feedback Settings (defined in My Account -> Settings page).
Note: You should have Auto Feedback Processing enabled for this option to work. See our tutorial titled “Feedback Posting – Auto” to know more about this setting.
