How Feedback Templates Work

eBay’s Feedback system helps sellers build up a good reputation on eBay marketplace. It is a good practice for sellers to participate in the feedback system by posting feedback responses or by pro-actively posting a feedback for the buyer once the payment is received for a transaction.

Feedback Templates help sellers in achieving this task by pre-setting feedback text thereby avoiding the need to input feedbacks over and over again.

You can create a Feedback Template by going to Feedbacks -> New Template page.

Note: Template Name must be unique.

You can view all your Feedback Templates by going to Feedback -> Templates page. From here you can Edit or Delete an existing Feedback Template.

Feedback Templates are a pre-requisite if you want to setup Auto Feedback Processing. This feature lets you set up AuctionLinc to automatically post feedback replies on your behalf. You can find more details about this in Auto Feedback Processing Tutorial here.
