This tutorial will walk you through how the Inventory Management works in AuctionLinc. The main benefit is using Inventory Module is track your stocks in hand and be notified of when your inventory levels go low. Here are some facts about Inventory Management: -

• Each Inventory is uniquely identified by its SKU.
• An Inventory is matched to each based on the SKU specified at the Listing level. If no SKU is specified for the Listing, AuctionLinc assumes that the Listing is not mapped to any of the Inventory.
• Inventory Stock Adjustment occur two ways: -
  Manual – You can manually adjust the stock in hand for each Inventory item.
  Automatic – Every time a Listing with a matching gets sold, AuctionLinc will reduce the stock in hand by the quantity sold for the corresponding Inventory (matched by SKU), if any.
• Create Listings from Inventory
  

  You can directly create your Listings from an Inventory by providing a Listing Template to use to fill the Listing Data. The SKU on such Listings is populated from the Inventory Item.
