In this tutorial, we will talk about how you can use AuctionLinc to generate and print Mailing labels to ship your items. Few requirements before you can use this feature: -

a) A PDF viewer/ reader should be installed on your computer because the Mailing Labels are generated in PDF format. You can install a PDF reader, free of cost, from Adobe’s web site at http://www.adobe.com/products/reader.html

b) A printer should be installed on your local desktop to be able to print.

c) Mailing Labels are generated in Avery 8160 format, which is the industry standard format for printing Address Labels. So you should have the correct Labels Sheet available to print your Mailing Labels on. The label sizes are 1” X 2 5/8”.

Once you have met the above 3 requirements, you are ready to generate and print your Mailing Labels.

Go to Sales -> Sales History Page. Select the Sales Transactions for which you would like to generate Mailing labels.

This will open the Generate Mailing Labels Dialog. Select your options and click on Generate Mailing Labels button.

It will generate a PDF containing Mailing Labels for your selected Sales Transactions. You should save this PDF to your local desktop and open it in PDF reader. Once the PDF is opened in PDF reader, you can print it to your locally installed Printer using File -> Print from PDF Reader.
