Mark Items as Shipped

Use Filters to find and mark Items as Shipped

This tutorial shows you how you can use Filters to find Items that are ready to ship and then marking them as Shipped.

Step 1: Define a Filter to find Items Ready to Ship

Click on “Turn Filter On” in Sales History Grid and set up conditions as shown below to find Sold Items that are ready to ship.



Step 2: Select Items you want to mark as Shipped.

Use the check box to select items that you are ready to ship. Then choose the option “Enter Shipping Details” to mark selected items as shipped.

Step 3: Enter Shipping information

In the Shipment dialog that opens next, enter shipping details for the items being shipped.

Shipped Date: The Date item was shipped (required).

Tracking Number: Tracking number provided by Shipping Courier to track the shipment (optional).

Shipment Service: Shipping Courier name (optional).

Tracking Link: A Tracking URL where the buyer can track the shipment.

You can also choose to select relevant check boxes mentioned below: -

  • Notify Buyer – AuctionLinc will send an email to the buyer informing about the Item been shipped.
  • Mark Item as Shipped – Update status of the Transaction on eBay as Shipped.
  • Post Feedback using Feedback Settings – AuctionLinc will post feedback for the buyer using the Feedback Settings defined in My Account -> Settings page.
  • Note: Auto Feedback Processing option must be turned on before you can use this option.

Final Step: Verify the response.

AuctionLinc will do the necessary actions based on options chosen and provide feedback for items that were successfully marked as shipped and also report errors, if any, for any of the Items.
