Sellers often have a need to list the same item multiple times with launch time separated by intervals that could be days, hours or minutes

Instead of creating multiple copies of the same Item and then manually scheduling them by setting different launch times, Sellers can launch multiple copies of same Listing at pre-defined Recurring Schedule.

Here are the steps to set up a Recurring Schedule on a Listing.

• Step 1

  Create a Listing or edit the Listing that you want to set up Recurring Schedule on. In the Listing form, refer to the Launch Options section.

• Step 2

  Select Launch at Scheduled Time option and check “Use Recurring Schedule” option.

  Specify Recurring Schedule Information. See below for definition of each input section for Recurring Schedule: -

  Scheduled Time: Start time when the recurring schedule starts. First Listing will be launched at Scheduled Time.

  Total Number of Listings (Required): Maximum Number of Listings to launch using this Recurring Schedule. AuctionLinc will not launch any more Listings once the max total has reached. This is a required input.

  Daily Number of Listings (Optional): Maximum Number of Listings to launch with in a Day. AuctionLinc will not launch any more Listings with in a given day once this max number is reached. This is an optional input.

  Interval: Time interval between each Listing in hours or minutes. Required unless Daily Number of Listings is set to 1 per day.

  Day of Launch: Selection of Days on which the Listings should be launched. If a particular day is not selected, Listing Launches will be skipped on that day.

  Note: At least one day must be selected.

• Finally, as an optional, but recommended step, Click on "Preview Schedules" button to get a preview of launch times on which Listing will be launched. Verify that the launch schedules are per your expectation.

Almost done, now click on Schedule Listing button on the Listing Form to schedule this Listing. Under Scheduled Grid, you will see that the Schedule Type for such Listings is marked as "Recurring Schedule" and Launch Time is the next expected Launch Time based on recurring schedule settings.
