How to Bulk Revise Price and Duration for Active Listings

Sellers often have the need to revise their Listings in a bulk fashion. The most common needs include the need to change Price and Duration of a set of Listings. AuctionLinc lets you do Bulk Revision of items in a few steps. Here are they: -

• Step 1: Select Active Listings you want to Revise.

  Select Active Listings that you want to Bulk Revise and then click on “Revise – Bulk” Action from the Select Action drop down.

  

• Step 2: Select Revision Options

  In this step, you will choose what you want to Revise i.e. Price, Duration or both. Provide new values for Price/ Duration for all selected Listings.

  

  You can also use the option of Revising Prices to be an x % Increase or Decrease on current Start Price of the Listing. Use the Preview button to generate new prices, which will show up under Adjusted Price column in the grid above.

• Step 3: Submit Revision

  In the final step, submit your revision request by clicking on Revise Items button. You will see the Status column getting updated as each Item’s revision is completed.

  Once you close the Revision Dialog, the Active Listings grid will be refreshed with latest Active Listings data, showing you revised prices/ duration against items that were revised.
