Save and Reuse Filters

You can save Search Filters for re-use. Here is a step-by-step tutorial on how to Save a Filter and re-use it later: -

  • Step 1: Create a Filter

    Click on “Turn Filter On” button from the Grid toolbar to start.

    Create a Filter using the search conditions you would like. Click on “Save” button, highlighted below, to save this Filter.

    Provide a name and description (optional) for this Filter and click “Save” button.

  • Step 2

    Once the filter is saved, it will be available in the Select Filter drop down. Select the filter from the drop down and it will populate Search Panel with the search definition stored by the filter.

  • Step 3

    From here you can click on button to trigger the search.

    If you would like to make changes to the Filter by adding/ removing conditions, click on button to save those changes to the selected Filter.

    Click on button to save a Copy of this Filter under a different Name.

    Click on button to delete a saved Filter.
