Search is available on all the Grids inside AuctionLinc. You can use search/ filtering to look for specific data inside that grid. Search can be performed for one or more columns of the data you are looking at in the Grid.
Steps to do a Search
Step 1
Click on “Turn Filter On” button to start your search.
It will expand the Search panel to become visible.

Step 2
Use the fields drop down to select the field to search in, select an operator/ comparator you want to use and then the value you are searching for.
Use the And/ Or operator drop down to control the following search behavior: -
And - Search will bring in data that matches all the conditions defined in the search. Each row is one condition.
Or – Search will bring in data that matches any one of the conditions defined in the search.
You can use following actions with in the search Panel : -
Use “Add Row” button to add one more row to your search/ filter criteria. Use the “x” button next to the row if you would like to remove that condition from the Search.
Once you are ready defining your search criteria, use the “Apply Filter” button to trigger your search. The grid will be refreshed with the search results based on your search criteria.
You can save your search criteria for later use/ searches. You will need to provide a name to this Filter before saving it. Filter names should be unique. See the “Save As” dialog below: -
Use “Clear Filter” button to clear your search criteria, if any in use. This will refresh the Grid/ Table below by removing the search criteria and bringing in all the data that belongs to the page/ tab. -
Step 3
Use Apply Filter button to trigger the search. The grid/ table will be loaded with results coming from the search.
