There are two ways to create Inventory in AuctionLinc.

Create using the Inventory Form. Click on Inventory -> New to create a new Inventory Item.
SKU, Title and Quantity are required fields.
Rest of the fields are optional and for future use only.
When done entering the data, Click on “Save” to save the Inventory and take you to Inventory list. Click on “Save and New” to Save the current inventory and refresh the Form for the next Inventory that you want to add.

Upload Inventory using Spreadsheet
You can use upload feature by going to Inventory -> Upload tab.
Step 1
Download the Inventory Template spreadsheet by clicking on "Download xls sheet" link.
Download and save the file on your local PC/ Mac.
Step 2
Enter your inventory information in the spreadsheet.
Pay close attention to the Action column in the spreadsheet. There are 3 possible values allowed for this column: -
- Blank – Leave this column blank if the row is going to create a new Inventory
- Update – Set the value of the column to “Update” if you want to adjust the inventory stock in hand based on the SKU specified in the row. The quantity will be adjusted by applying the data from the inventory column (can be a positive or a negative number).
- Replace – Set the value of the column to “Replace” if you want to replace existing Inventory with the data from the row.
Step 3
Select your Inventory Spreadsheet in the Import Dialog and click on Upload button to import your Inventory items.
